Snow flakes JARVIS（以下「JARVIS」）は、山吹ことり（Snow flakes Story & Music Project。以下「運営者」）が自分の制作活動と仕事を管理するために使う個人用のツールです。このポリシーでは、JARVIS が Google のサービスから取得するデータの扱いを説明します。

1. 対象となる利用者

JARVIS を使うのは運営者本人だけです。Google アカウントで連携しているのも、運営者本人のアカウントだけです。一般の方が JARVIS に登録したり、Google アカウントを連携したりすることはできません。

2. 取得するデータと利用目的

JARVIS が Google に求める権限は、上の目的に必要なもの（Google カレンダーの読み書き、YouTube と YouTube アナリティクスの読み取り）だけです。

3. 保存場所

取得したデータは、運営者のパソコンの中のデータベースにだけ保存します。外部のサーバーには保存しません。
Google との接続に使う認証情報（トークン）は、運営者のパソコンの中の設定ファイルにだけ保存し、外部に送ったり公開したりしません。
このウェブサイトはツールの紹介だけを目的としたもので、データの収集や保存は行いません。

4. 第三者への提供・共有

Google から取得したデータを、販売、広告、第三者への提供のために使うことはありません。
Google から取得したデータを、AI サービスに送ったり、AI や機械学習のモデルの学習に使ったりすることはありません。
運営者は、仕事用カレンダーを Google カレンダーの共有機能で取引先と共有することがあります。共有しているカレンダーには、仕事の内容・日時・場所などの業務情報だけを書き込み、報酬・請求・入金などの会計情報は書き込みません。
法令に基づいて開示が求められた場合を除き、上記以外で第三者に提供することはありません。

5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー

JARVIS が Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。

6. 連携の解除とデータの削除

JARVIS への Google アカウントの連携は、Google アカウントのサードパーティアクセスの管理からいつでも解除できます。
運営者のパソコンに保存したデータは、運営者がいつでも削除できます。データの扱いについてのご質問やご依頼は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

7. 安全管理

データと認証情報は運営者のパソコンの中だけで扱い、JARVIS の管理画面はインターネットに公開していません。

8. このポリシーの変更

データの扱いを変える場合は、このページを更新し、制定日・更新日を記載します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Snow flakes JARVIS ("JARVIS") is a personal tool used by Kotori Yamabuki (Snow flakes Story & Music Project, the "operator") to manage their own creative work and jobs. This policy explains how JARVIS handles data obtained from Google services.

1. Who uses JARVIS

JARVIS is used only by the operator, and only the operator's own Google account is connected to it. Members of the public cannot sign up for JARVIS or connect their Google accounts.

2. Data accessed and purposes

Google Calendar: the operator's calendar list; events in the operator's dedicated work calendar (title, date/time, location, description and a management identifier added by JARVIS); and the busy time ranges of the operator's calendars. Used to create, update and delete work events in the work calendar based on JARVIS records, to reflect events added or changed in the work calendar back into JARVIS, and to show availability (other events are represented only as busy time ranges; their contents are never copied).
YouTube / YouTube Analytics: statistics and analytics reports for the operator's own channel and videos (read-only). Used so the operator can review their own channel's performance.

JARVIS requests only the permissions needed for these purposes (Google Calendar read/write, YouTube and YouTube Analytics read-only).

3. Storage

Data is stored only in a database on the operator's own computer and is not stored on external servers. OAuth tokens are stored only in a local configuration file on the operator's computer and are never transmitted to third parties or published. This website only introduces the tool and does not collect or store any data.

4. Sharing

Google user data is never sold, used for advertising, or transferred to third parties. Google user data is never sent to AI services or used to train AI or machine learning models. The operator may share the dedicated work calendar with business partners using Google Calendar's sharing features; only job information (such as job details, date/time and location) is written to that calendar, and financial information such as fees, invoices and payments is never written to it. Data is not disclosed to anyone else except where required by law.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

JARVIS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account third-party access settings. Data stored on the operator's computer can be deleted by the operator at any time. Questions and requests can be sent to the contact below.

7. Security

Data and credentials are handled only on the operator's computer, and the JARVIS dashboard is not exposed to the internet.

8. Changes

If the handling of data changes, this page will be updated with a new date.
